What you’ll do

Managing Stock Levels

• Ensure IT device availability in warehouses worldwide.
• Detect stock shortages early and initiate proactive measures.
• Manage orders from initiation to reconciliation.

Inventory Controlling

• Monitor worldwide stocks daily.
• Compare daily goods movements between systems.
• Ensure data synchronization accuracy and monitor failure rates.
• Highlight critical tickets to stakeholders.

Audits

• Conduct regular stock audits to verify inventory accuracy.
• Identify discrepancies and take corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Forecast Planning

• Predict future inventory needs based on historical data and market trends.
• Plan for seasonal fluctuations and demand spikes.
• Optimize stock levels to prevent overstocking or stockouts.

What you’ll need

• Education: Bachelor's degree
• Educational Qualification: Bachelor's degree.
• Experience: 5 years in inventory supply chain within the IT industry.
• Self-Motivation: Independent and motivated.
• Time Management: Organized and efficient under pressure.
• Flexibility: Willing to work in shifts.
• Communication Skills: Effective communicator.
• Role Understanding: Know your role and process interfaces.
• Performance Evaluation: Assess performance and spot issues.
