Computacenter seeking confident and experienced Compliance Analyst who is accountable for relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards by researching, interpreting, and applying compliance requirements to the GIS operations, policies, and procedures. will work closely with various stakeholders to align risk management practices with the organization's strategic objectives.

 

What you'll do 

 

  • Regulatory Awareness: Basic understanding of laws like GDPR, DSA, EU AI Act, and industry standards (e.g., ISO, CIS Benchmarks).
  • Risk Identification: Ability to spot potential compliance risks in processes or documentation.
  • Data Analysis: Comfort with Excel, dashboards, and basic data interpretation.
  • Documentation & Reporting: Clear and structured writing for reports, logs, and audit trails.
  • Policy Interpretation: Ability to read and understand internal policies and external regulations.
  • Audit Support: Familiarity with audit processes and how to prepare documentation.
  • Process Orientation: Understanding workflows and how compliance fits into business operations.
  • Good organizational and communication skills
  • Familiarity with Excel, SharePoint, and compliance tools (e.g., GRC platforms)

 

What you'll need 

 

  • Experience with 8 - 12 years as Compliance Analyst.
  • Regulatory Frameworks – Familiarity with GDPR, Digital Services Act, EU AI Act, and other relevant laws.
  • Internal Controls & Policies – Understanding how internal standards align with external regulations.
  • Audit & Risk Principles – Basic knowledge of audit processes, risk assessments, and remediation.
  • Cloud & Data Compliance – Awareness of cloud security benchmarks (e.g., CIS) and data governance.
  • Ethics & Corporate Governance – Understanding the role of compliance in ethical business conduct.

Regulatory Research & Policy Support (30%)

  • Conduct preliminary research on new or changing regulations.
  • Summarize findings for senior team members.
  • Assist in reviewing and updating compliance policies and procedures.
  • Help ensure documentation aligns with current regulations.

 

Training & Awareness (30%)

  • Help coordinate compliance training sessions.
  • Maintain training logs and attendance records.

 

Review Management (30%)

  • Support internal and external reviews by providing requested documentation.
  • Help follow up on non-compliance findings and remediation actions.

 

Monitoring & Reporting (10%)

  • Track compliance activities and flag potential issues.
  • Prepare basic reports for internal review.
