A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a technical role to join Computacenter’s dynamic and rapidly expanding Remote Service Operations Excellence team. Successful applicants will be joining a truly global organisation, delivering services into over 70 countries worldwide, with major offices across Europe, the Americas, Africa and Asia; a recognised leader of the IT services business with a unique vendor-independent, infrastructure-focused perspective on the market.

This role will be primarily focused on delivering a BAU / Project services within a shared service delivery model.
With open access to thought leaders and major industry players you’ll get exposure to leading edge technologies which will enable you to advance your skills.
What You’ll Do:
- In this new role, you will help Remote Service Ops Ex by supporting new business take on, projects and extensions, as well as participating in migration and change projects.
- You will be involved from the initial part till the BAU phase ensuring the successful services enablement, or from an initial request (in life change or new additional service) to be delivered.
- Daily: Help the shared and dedicated global service coordination by supporting new Business take on, projects and Inlife changes.
- Support and learn from OM´s in medium and major changes to RUN
- Support and learn from OM´s in New Business take on
- Support OM´s in further developing of Standards e.g. test scenario, trainings, SOP´s, transition packs
- Liaising with Computacenter technical teams
- Support OM´s in Workshops and during transitions
- Update Transition Pack
- Adhere to project timelines
- Tracking Milestones
- SOP Creation and Change management
- Supporting testing phase and testcases
- Support OM’s reporting requirements
- Support creation training material for customer related trainings
- Execution of customer related trainings (SOP´s)
- Taking part during Early Life and Hypercare phase
- Taking part in Lessons learnt workshops
What You’ll Need
- Good DEC process knowledge and network
- Proven experience of Microsoft applications
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships
- Confident spoken and written communication on MGMT level
- An understanding of quality and knowledge management
- Open minded to change
- Good literacy and numeracy skills
- Critical and detailed mindset able to think outside the box
- Can do attitude with a drive to be resourceful and with a logical mindset
- Proactive behaviour to raise questions, issues and highlight risks in meetings
- Travelling to different global GSC locations to collaborate
- Business fluent in English German or French language would be an advantage
- Basic understanding of change management and first involvements in projects would be ideal.
