What you’ll do
- Support Frequent Platform Bug/Defect/Enhancement Releases on ServiceNow for FSM module.
- Technical risk assessment and adapt the Test Cycle to the business requirements.
- Regular testing of the platforms to maintain the integrity of the environments like Service Now, ITSM.
- Test support for PCR (Portfolio Change Register), assist tooling SME in determining test requirements, if standard testing is required, create test pack from test library.
- Ad hoc testing as required by business – Platform Agnostic
- During and after the test cycles: review/action any spiras/incidents, liaise with Test & Project Test Manager.
- Knowledge gaps within the test packs, when cross checking Spira's/Defects, Incident to capture data/knowledge to maintain integrity of test packages, weekly activity.
- ATF automation of test cases.
What you’ll need
- Must have 1 to 3 years of experience in Manual / Automation testing.
- Manual/Automated software testing experience.
- Service Now or ITSM testing experience
- FSM Module or other Service Now modules work experience.
- Experience of working in a challenging commercial environment
- Good working knowledge of relevant functional systems
- Experience of developing best practice policies and procedures for functional area.
- Part- qualified in relevant professional qualification.
- Provide Support in UK business hours.
