Associate Manager

Network Lead - Associate Manager

Technical Skill:

  • 12 to 15 years’ experience in managing, maintaining and troubleshooting large enterprise network environments.
  • CCNA & CCNP desired. Knowledge in the relevant technology area or relevant work exposure.
  • Hands-on experience on Routing protocol (BGP, OSPF, RIP)
  • Hands-on experience on, Switching technology and gateway redundancy protocols (i.e. HSRP, VRRP, NSRP and GLBP) configurations
  • Working knowledge and be able to troubleshoot the Wireless Controller (Cisco/Aruba), Cisco Prime/HP IMC, Lightweight AP, Standalone AP, indoor/outdoor AP
  • Working knowledge of RADIUS/TACACS tools like Cisco ACS, ISE
  • Understanding of firewall, Load balancer( Citrix, Netscalers, F5, Cisco ACEs), proxy technologies(Bluecoat), DNS, DHCP tools like Infoblox or QIP
  • Working knowledge of authentication technologies (Cisco TACACS and / or RSA).
  • Good knowledge of ITIL Process
  • Good People Management and Customer Management
  • Global client management

Accountability:

  • The delivery of the service and the achievement of the contractual obligations from an operation perspective, forward-planning and resource management
  • The Leadership and the Performance Management of direct reports and their personal development
  • Monitoring and reporting on team performance and SLA achievement
  • Ensuring Team Leaders drive efficiency and productivity
  • Identifying and maximises opportunities to develop the service and reduce costs
  • Developing productive relationships with customers where appropriate, ISP’s  and management teams,
  • Contributing to and driving Continual Service Improvement plans working with the TL’s
  • Supporting projects and new business take on, driving the expansion of the current services
  • Ensuring Service Quality checks are in place and a “service excellence” ethos promoted
  • Contributing to the standardisation of processes and procedures
  • Contributing to the ISO obligations (where applicable) Responsible for the adoption of CC best practice and service offerings to ensure consistency of service. 
  • Act in accordance with Computacenter Information Security Policies and report any potential or actual Security events or other Security risks to the organisation
