What you’ll do

The HR Service Desk Administrator will play a crucial role in delivering efficient and effective HR services to our employees while ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.

  • Service Desk Support: Serve as the first point of contact for HR-related inquiries from employees, providing timely and accurate information. Respond to employee inquiries via email, phone, or in-person, addressing issues related to benefits, policies, procedures, and HR programs.
  • Employee Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in the HRIS (Human Resources Information System). Process employee data changes, including new hires, terminations, promotions, and transfers.
  • Onboarding and Offboarding: Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization. Manage offboarding processes, including the retrieval of company property and exit documentation.
  • Benefits Administration: Assist employees with benefits enrollment, changes, and inquiries. Collaborate with benefits providers to resolve issues and ensure accurate administration of employee benefits.
  • Policy and Procedure Adherence: Support the implementation and communication of HR policies and procedures. Educate employees on HR-related policies and ensure adherence to company guidelines.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Generate HR reports as needed, providing insights into key HR metrics and trends. Assist in analyzing data to identify areas for improvement and recommend solutions.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations in HR processes and documentation. Stay informed about changes in labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Employee Relations: Collaborate with HR Business Partners to address employee relations matters and escalate issues as needed. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information with discretion.

 

What you’ll need

  • 3 to 5  years of experience in HR administration and service desk support.
  • Proficiency in HRIS software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong understanding of HR policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment.
